West Coast Men's & Mixed Netball Association continue on their journey to a home championships campaign by calling for coaching applications across the West Coast Thunder Program. Based on a 12-month agreement, coaches will work with the Thunder Head Coach to implement the West Coast Thunder training program, including (but not limited to) team selection, pre-season fitness, in-season court session, and overall athlete development towards AMMNA championships success.

AMMNA Championships*:
When: Friday 7th of April - Sunday 16th of April 2021
Where: Perth, Western Australia
What: Coaching staff (lead, assistant, and apprentice)
Teams: Men's Open*, Men's Reserve, Mixed Open, Mixed Reserve, 23&, 20&U, 17&U**
* Men's Open coached by the Thunder Head Coach
** Final touring teams are dependent on athlete trial numbers and quality
Requirements*:
Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain prior to November)
Technical knowledge of Netball (Men's and Mixed knowledge preferred, but not essential)
Previous coaching at WANL or State Level preferred
Lead Coach: Minimum Intermediate level accreditation (Advanced or higher preferred)
Assistant Coach: Minimum Development level accreditation (Intermediate or higher preferred)
Apprentice Coach: Minimum Foundation level accreditation (Development or higher preferred)
Roles and Responsibilities*:
Implementation of Thunder training calendar (including: Team selections (Trials), Fitness testing, court work, camp and pre-season games) with the assistance of the Head Coach and WCMMNA committee
Adopt the West Coast Thunder team values
Oversee the implementation of the Thunder netball brand across the squad and each team
